We have received your proposal for development regulated by the Coastal Area Management Act
(CAMA). The activity that you propose is exempt from needing a Major Development Permit as
long as it meets the conditions specified below as well as the requirements set forth in
N. C. A .C. T15A:07K.0200. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet
these conditions, please contact our office before proceeding.
