Dear Dr. and Mrs. Perl: Pursuant to NCGS 113A 12(b), the undersigned hereby gives notice for a good cause, and in order to properly consider all information necessary to making a decision on this permit application, the timc period within which a final dccision shall be made has bccn ca-tcndcd an additional twenty-five (25) days. This information includes the final determination of the project's consistency with the North Carolina Division of Water Quality's Neuse River Basin Rules. Pending concurrence with the Division of Water Quality, a final decision will be made accordingly. Unfortunately, the first letter did not have a date on it. This was a mistake on my part and T do apologize for this oversight. T am sending you the enclosed copy with today's date on it. This will in no way affect the 25-day extension of time, and a decision will be given to you by July 31,1998. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
