We have received your proposal for development regulated by the Coastal Area Management
Act (CAMA). The activity that you propose is exempt from needing a Minor Development
Permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and
your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact our office before proceeding.

Construction of a 12.6' x 13' boat lift beside dock located at 3718 Janeiro Rd., Arapahoe, NC
and adjacent to Daswon Creek in Pamlico County, NC.
