Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jamerson:
We have received your proposal for development regulated by the Coastal Area Management
Act (CAMA). The activity that you propose is exempt from needing a Minor Development
Permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and
your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact our office before proceeding.
The project is described as follows: Type AEC: E/W Use: R
Construction of a 5' x 88' to a 8' x 32' " L' Pier located at Lot 7 Dawson Bluffs adjacent to
Dawson Creek in Pamlico County, North Carolina.
