We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
development permit under the t Act. The proposed
Coastal Area hanagemen
project, as submitted, is in"accordance with the enclosed Criteria .,for
Exemption and will not requirea minor development permit. However,
if your plans should change you will need to contact this office
before proceeding.
Proposed project and location is described as: An 8' x 56' con
crete slab to an existing residential mobile home to be the foundation
for an enclosed room. The location is your property in the Paradise
Shores Subdivision off SR1328 on Buxton.Creek in Pamlico County, N.C.
This Certification of Exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor
Permit is valid for ninety days from the date of issuance - applies
ONLY to exemptions for piers, docks, and decks pursuant to 15A NCAC
