Carter Glass 809 Lake Shore Dr. Raleigh North Carolina 27609 RE: EPN #1940 Dear Sir: We.have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: A boat lift at your property on Neuse Drive in Minnesott; Tax Parcel No. F093-26, on the Neuse River in Pamlico County North Carolina. This certification of Exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety days from the date of issuance - applies ONLY to exemptions for piers, docks, and decks pursuant to 15A NCAC 7K .0203 and NOT for single family dwellings. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
