Brown Rt. 2, Box 218 Selma North Carolina 27576 Exempted Project No: 1732 Dear Mr. Brown: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project,.as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location is described as: A 24' x 32' addition to an existing single-family residence off SR1350 in the Camp Jo Jane Subdivision (Tax Parcel #H091-187) on Dawson Creek in Pamlico County, N. C. This Certification of Exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety days from the date of issuance - applies ONLY to exemptions for piers, docks, and decks pursuant to 15A NCAC 7K .0203 and NOT for single family dwellings. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
