Dear Mr.Suag:
Ile have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application.for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Mariagement Act. The project
you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing -a minor development
permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact
this office before proceeding.
Proposedproject and location described as: Four mooring piles
at the end of your existing pier on Dawson Creek off SR 1302 near the
Pamlico County Ccmunit► of Arapahoe,, N_C_
This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir-
ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to
renew this certification.
Prior to beginning the project, a building permit is Atred. If you
have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.
