Pou Baile 3608 Lubbock Dr. Raleigh, N.C. 27612 RE: Exempted Project No. 1693 Dear Mr. Bailey: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The project you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location described as: Placement of four mooring pilings for boat lift at an existing pier at your property off Hwy. 55 .Oriental at Shop Gut of the Neuse River; Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir- ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Prior to beginning the project, a -ifig permit is required.
