We have reviewed the information submitted to -this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The project
you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development
permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact
this office before proceeding.
Proposed project and location described as: Two mooring piles to
be placed at the end of your existing dock in Dawson Creek of the Dawson
Creak Rills; Subdivision off SR 1306 Pamlico County, N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir-
ation,.a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary.to
renew this certification.
