The project you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development permit.However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location described as: A single-family residential dwelling including decks and garage on your property of Lot #9 of the Good Winds Subdivision off SR 1308 on Greens Green near the Pamlico county Community of Oriental, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir- ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Prior -to beginning the project, a building permit is required.
