The project you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location described as: A 6' x 18' pier extension --to an existing pier at your lot in the Silverwood Subdivision on Pittman Creek near the Pamlico County Community of Whortonsville, . C. This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir- ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Prior to beginning the project, a building permil?`is required.
