Dear Mr. Dixon:
Ile have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
developmt permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The project
you propose,!as submitted, is exempt fran needing a minor development
permit. However$ if your plans should change you will need to contact
this office before proceeding. ,
Proposed project and location described as: A 4' x 25' pier with a
"T" end of 4' x 16' at the north end of Vernon Street off SR 1328 on
Pittman's Creek in Pamlico County, N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Pe=.it
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date!of issuance. Following expir-
ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to
renew this certification.
Prior to beginning the project, a building permieis required. If you
have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.
