The project you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor develor-ment permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location described as: A Pier 5' x 96' with a "L" end 8' x 14' and three mooring piles at your property of Lot #8 Fork Point Subdivision I, Brown Creek near the Pamlico County Community of Whortonsville, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir- ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Prior to beginning the project, a building permit is required.
