Dear Mr. Arthur:
Ile have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The project
you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development
permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact
this office before proceeding.
Proposed project and location described as: A 4 ' x 801 pier
on lot #9 of Bay View Estates off SR 1324 on Ball Creek.
This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir-
ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to
renew this certification.
Prior to beginning the project,.a building permit is required. If you
have any questions regarding this matter, please contact us.
