N.C. 28515 RE: Exempted Project No. 1680 Dear Mr. Arthur: Ile have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The project you propose, as submitted, is exempt from needing a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Proposed project and location described as: A 4 ' x 801 pier on lot #9 of Bay View Estates off SR 1324 on Ball Creek. This certification of exemption from requiring a C.A.M.A. Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expir- ation, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Prior to beginning the project,.a building permit is required.
