Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a Minor
Development pern* as long as it nneets the eonditioos specified below. If your plams
should change and you project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me
before proceeding.
1SA. NCAC 07K .0208 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE EXEMPTED
(a) All single family residences within the Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern which arc more than 40 feet landward of the mean
water level, and involve no land disturb' activity watermark or normal
excmpted from CAMA the 40 feet buffer area. are
permit requirement as long as this exemptions is consistent with
all other applicable CAMA permit standards and local land use plans and/or rules iu
effect at the time that the exemption is granted.
