***This permit authorizes grading and all associated land disturbing activity. Any other
development will require additional permits or a modification of this permit. The following
conditions shall apply:
1. All proposed development and associated construction mast be done in accordance with
the application dated 7/15/04 and work drawings submitted on 7/15/04.
z. All construction must conform to the NC Building Code requirements and all Local.
State, and Federal regulations.
3. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities
will require a re-evaination and modification of this permit.
4. parmat to 15A NCAC 0710406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold,
or otherwiste disposed of to a third party by the applicant, agent, or any entity other than
the NC Division of Coastal Managcwnt.
5. No excavation or tilting of any wetlands or waters is authorized under this permit.
6. This project is located in the Neese River Basin and is subject to the EMC's Neese River
Riparian Buffer Regulations. Contact Tom Steffcas with NC Division of Water Quality
at [phone] for approval prior to project initiation.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing data.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this par-
mit m,.st cease until the appeal Is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project !a Inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on December
31, 2cv-7

erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the particular hazard problems associ-
