***This permit authorizes the clearing of trees and brush, bringing in fill material, and any land
disturbing activities associated with the process. Any other development will require additional
permits or a modification of this permit. The following conditions shall apply:
1. AU proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with
the application dated 11/01/04 and work drawings submitted on 11/02tO4.
2. Any chant or changes in the plans for devclopment, construction, or land use activities
will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit.
3. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 0710406(bjy this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold,
or otherwise disposed of to a third party by the applicant, agent, or any entity other than
the NC Division of Coastal Management.
4. No excavation or filling of any wetlands or waters its authorized under this permit.
