The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit providing it complies with the condi- tions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet'those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:. ACTIVITY: CONSTRUCT A DOCK 200 FEET LONG AND 5 FEET WIDE WITH "L" SHAPE AT END OF DOCK (10-'X 26'-). CONDITIONS: DOCK SHALL NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 200 FEET IN LENGHT AND 6' IN WIDTH - "L" SHALL NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 500 SQFT. BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. ALL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMITTED WORK - PLAT. THIS PERMIT MAY NOT BE ASSIGNED, TRANSFERRED, SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISPOSE OR TO A THIRD -PARTY. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
