Block D Howland Rock as provided in the permit application. In particular we want to express concern with maintaining appropriate drainage between lot 5 and our adjacent property, Iot 4. At the present time there is a vegetated drainage ditch between the two properties and we would like to request that this drainage ditch remain vegetated but open and that all fill be contained away from this ditch. In addition, we would like to request that the fill slope be stabilized with native vegetation immediately after it is in place, but while the silt fence is still functioning. This should be done on all sides of the fill. Our concern is that this project does not cause additional runoff, erosion or drainage problems. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
