cerning the necessity.of filing an application for a minor development perm
under the Coastal Area Management Act. The activity you propose is exempt
from needing a minor development permit providing it complies with the cond
tions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will n
longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:
Construct dock with 15'X16' Tee at end. Dock to be 4 feet wide by 200 ft. long into Back
Sound.
Construct 60'X40' single family dwelling including docks 41' from seawall.
Lot size 16,000 square feet.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for
ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review
the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
