Dear Mr. Lewis:
After J. D. O'Neal, Building Inspector; Ken Berry, County Engineer and I conducted a site
inspection on December 5, 1997 at Marshallberg Harbor (PIN 7346.19-52-0482), it was
determined building permits must be obtained for the repair work taking place on the site.
As a result, a stop work order was posted. No additional work will be allowed until proper
permits are obtained. A copy of the stop work order is enclosed.
Before any permits can be issued proof of ownership, approval from the Division of Coastal
Management and approved, sealed drawings from a professional engineer must be .-ubmitted.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact the Planning & Inspections
Department at 728-8545.
Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
Sincerely,
Larry Smith
