JONES authorizing development in MARSHALLBERG nt 142 HARBOR ROAD — MARSHALLBERG as requested in the permittee's application, dated MARCH 18, 1997 This permit, issued on APRIL 2, 1997 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below.
