CONDITIONS: DOCK SHALL NOT EXCEED MOR THAN 200 FEET IN LEGHT AS MEASURED FROM THE HIGH WATER LINE. DOCK SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.
