Dear Mr. Jones:
During a conversation with Jerry Chesson, property owner at 143 Captain Deck Lane in Cedar
Point, he explained that you had told him he did not need to obtain a CAMA permit for his
construction project.
We are in the process of working with Mr. Chesson for him to obtain a zoning and building
permit from the Planning & Inspections Department. Before we can proceed with processing his
request, we need for you to submit a statement confirming the determination that a CAMA permit
is not required.
