Dear Mr. Branch,
A permit authorizing a boatlift at 211 Moonlight Drive was issued on March 10,
1997. I visited the site on March 20, 1997 and noted the boatlift, when
completed, would be in violation of the permit conditions in that it protrudes
into the two foot (2') set back from the riparian rights line. In addition, the
CAMA exemption is invalid, due to the fact that start of construction began after
the property at 213 Moonlight Drive changed ownership.
In order to insure the boatlift is in compliance with CAMA guidelines, it is
necessary that a new riparian rights statement be obtained from the owners at 213
Moonlight Drive. Please assure the enclosed statement is completed and returned
to this office within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
