WATER DEPTH SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN 4 FEET. PIER SHALL NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 200 FEET IN LENGHT. PIER SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
