Impervious surfaces shall not exceed 25% of the lot area within the AEC; 2. Provide a buffer zone of at least 40 feet from the mean high water line; 3. Where a buffer area is not maintained, afilter cloth must be installed between any grading and marsh or water body until the area is stabilized with a vegative cover, 4. Have NO stormwater collection system; 5. No marsh grass will be graded or filled; 6. No work is to begin until the proposed site has been properly satked off by a Divisions of Coastal Management Field Consultant; 7. This permit does not authorize any retaining wall or bulkheading, 8. Pier or tee must be permitted through an exemption with additional letters to be submitted from the adjoining property owners.
