Dear Mr. Brooks:
As you are aware, a HOLD has been placed on your CAMA permit #96-127, 7403 Ocean Drive,
Jefferson Square S/D, Block 32, Lot 6E, Emerald Isle, N.C.
At this time the plan which you have proposed will significantly weaken the existing dune structure.
If and until, you can present a plan that will not weaken the existing dune, the project will be on hold.
A meeting has been scheduled with the Local CAMA Permit Officer, John P. Yost, CAMA District
Manager, Charles Jones, and yourself on site to try and resolve this situation.
