CONDITIONS: TOTAL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE OF AREA WITHIN 5751 OF HIGH WATER MARK SHALL NOT EXCEED 25$. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER LAND DISTURBANCE. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBMITTED PLAT. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. A BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.
