RANDY MARTIN City Manager 6 2 3 1965 We have received the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor, development permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: 1) Project involves replacement of a pier (per attached drawing). The pier may not exceed the length of other piers in the area. 2) Pier must be elevated over the wetlands and not extend past four foot depth at mean low water. 3) No land disturbance except in immediate vicinity of construction 4) No enclosed structures are allowed to be located on the structure.
