Re: Proposed alterations to the residence at 122 McGinnis
Drive.
Enclosed are drawings showing the changes we propose. Those
affecting the building exterior are:
1. Enclosure of the atrium including installation of
two skylights and one window on the north side.
2. Installation of two skylights in the bedroom adjacent
to the atrium.
31 The addition of a room by enclosing the deck area
adjacent to the dining room north wall and living
room west wall.
4. Expansion of the deck area to facilitate movement
around the addition.
5. Installation of storm/screen doors on the front and
side entries using Croft series 1000 bronztone
aluminum doors.
Precedent has been throughout the complex for all of these
changes. Your prompt and favorable reply would be appreciated.
Sincerely,'
