Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. Provide a buffer zone of at"least 30 feet from the mean high water line; 3. Where a buffer area is not maintained, a filter cloth must be installed between any grading and marsh or water body until the area is stabilized with a vegatative cover. 4. Have no stormwater collection system; 5. No marsh grass will be graded or filled. 6. No`work is to begin until the proposed site has been properly staked off by a Divisions of Coastal management Field Consultant. 7. This permit does not authorize any retaining wall or bulkheading. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any, work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit require further written permit approval. . All work must cease when this permit expires on DECEMBER 31. 1998 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis. tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
