PIER SHALL NOT EXCEED LESS THAN 15' FROM ANY ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. This certification of exemption from requiring a LAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a review of the project and project site may be necessary.to renew this certification. The offer is contingent on receiving a permit to build a pier and dock structure. I have enclosed statements from adjacent property owners giving permission to build the,structure. In communicating with Carley Bigot from C.A.M.-A. he suggested contacting you for obtaining the permit. Following are a few items that have since been determined: The length of n' (length of pier and deck) on the adjacent property owners statement will be approximately 150 feet. I didn't know this measurement when the statements were mailed. As you face lot 7 from the Jonaquin's Drive walk up along the drainage ditch toward the creek. When you get to the wetlands area cross the lot to the other -side (left if facing from street) and you should see a couple of flagged stakes along the edge of the lot with red surveyor's tape. This is the area that the structure will connect with the lot. I have also enclosed a survey of the lot. I need the C.A.M.A. permit for closing on Aug., 25. I will call you on Friday Aug. 1.8 between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning. If you have any news for me previous to that please feel free to give me a call at the numbers above. There are recorders at both locations. Please let me know ASAP if you foresee any problems with the eventual building of this structure. Thank you for your time and consideration.
