Broad Creek as requested in the permittee's application dated March 12, 1990 This permit, issued on April 4, 1990 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. Locate a mobile home within 75 feet of -the mean high water mark of ORW Bogue Sound on a lot at the intersection of Waterway Drive and Dixon Drive at Broad Creek. No more than 25 percent of the lot may be built -upon. Built -upon areas include roof areas as well as any impervious areas of coverage. A 30 foot buffer shall be maintained along the mean high water line (marsh line) in accordance with the Outstanding Resource Waters (ORW) designation of Bogue Sound. Mobile home permit is required and all other local, state and federal regulations mus be met. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing as originally submitted or revised on _ Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activitii requires a re-evaluation and modification of this permit.
