Prior to construction, piling depths must be certified, either by an engineer or having the building inspector on -site at the time of piling placement; Construction must conform to all applicable state and local construction requirements as illustrated in Bogue Sound Pier/Boat lift specifications (Section 6-84). I A'pier is not to exceedt2001 in length, or 4' of water at low tide, not to exceed 200 - square feet for any tee(s); nor shall the pier exceed 61,in width. The platform portion of any tee may not cover marshlands. l Any variation of-.the•above will require a CAMA permit; also, this certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
