3. No work is allowed outside the lateral bounds of the applicants property without the written approval of the
adjacent property owners;
4. Erosion on adjacent properties shall not be increased as a result of this activity;
5. The slope shall stay effectively the same before and after this activity;
6. The work will not be allowed from May 1st to November 15th in order to protect nesting loggerhead turtles; and
7. This permit shall expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance or on May 1 st of the current year, whichever
maybe applicable.
