Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. 7H.1800 BEACHB11LLD0ZING 1. No excavations below one (1) foot in depth are allowed; 12. Allwork must be above the high watermark; 3. No work is allowed outside the lateral bounds of the applicant's property without the written approval of the adjacent property owners; 4. Erosion on adjacent properties shall not be increased as a result of this activity; 15. The slope shall stay effectively the same before and after this activity; 6. The work will not be allowed from May 1st to November 15th in order to protect nesting loggerhead turtles; and 7. Damage to existing vegetation shall be minimized and the fill area will be replanted or temporarily stabilized until planting can be completed. 8. The Local Permit Officer/Building Inspector shall be notified prior to commencing any beach bulldozing activity. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 1998 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis- tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
