Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. 7K.0209 ACCESSORY USES The accessory use must be directly related to the existing dominant use, must not require any plumbing, electri or other service connections and must not exceed 200 square feet or disturb a land area greater than 200 squ; feet on slope of greater than 10 percent. The development must not involve removal, damage, or destruction threatened or endangered animal or plant species; the development must not alter naturally or artificially creal surface drainange channels; the development must not alter the land form or vegetation of a frontal dune; 1 development must be within twenty feet of any permanent surface waters; and the development must consistent with all applicable use standards and local land use plans in effect at the time this permit is granted. In this case, as per the approved plans dated 6/23/95, you have been approved to extend the existing fence on east property line to the concrete bulkhead for an additional 60', at Beachwalk Condominiums, 300 Salter I Road, Pine Knoll Shores, Carteret County, NC. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on December 31, 1998 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis- tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
