We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the
necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area
Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor
development permit. Pursuant to the approved site plans dated 10/31/94 and the site visit
conducted on 10/31/94, it appears the proposed residential structure is located outside of
the Estuarine Shoreline AEC. If your plans should change and your project will no longer
meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
