with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.

1. Impervious surfaces shall not exceed 300 of the lot area within the AEC;
2. Provide a buffer zone of at least 30 feet from the mean high water line;
3. Where a buffer area is not maintained, a filter cloth must be installed between any
grading and marsh or water body until the area is stabilized with a vegatative cover
4. Have no stormwater collection system;
5.. No marsh grass will be graded or filled.
6. No work is to begin until the proposed site has been properly staked off by a
Divisions of Coastal management Field Consultant.
7. This permit does not authorize any retaining wall or bulkheading.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons withintwenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted underthis permit
must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.

the locality, and any information as maybe provided orally by thea pplicant. The details of the application as
described by these sources are incorporated without reference m any permit which may be issued. Deviation
from these details will constitute a violation of any permit. Any person developing in an AEC without a per-
mit is subject to civil, criminal and administrative action.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), Emerald Isle, a locality authorized to
issue permits in Areas of Environmental Comcern, hereby gives NOTICE
that on November 8, 1994, Richard and Annette Bequette applied for
a LAMA permit to construct a single-family dwelling, paved drive,
septic area, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, access to Bogue Sound with
sitting area not to exceed 200 square feet at 7311 Archers Creek
Drive, Block 31, Lot 10 G, Emerald Isle, N.C.
The application may be inspected at the address below. Public
comments received by November 21, 1994 will be considered. Later
comments will be accepted and considered up to the time of permit
decision. Project modifications may occur based on further review
and comments. Notice of the permit decision on this matter will be
provided upon written request.
