with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject
permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
Residential structure, including prepartory landscaping within 75' of estaurine waters.
1.
Impervious surfaces
shall not exceed 25% of the
lot area within the AEC;
2.
A 10'-15' buffer of
natural vegetation shall be
maintained between any disturbed arez
and marsh or water body to prevent sedimentation of the marsh or waterbody.
3.
Where a buffer area
is not maintained, a filter
cloth must be installed between any
grading and marsh or
water body until the area is stabilized with a vegatative cover.
4.
No marsh grass will
be graded or filled.
5. No work is to begin until the proposed site has been properly staked off by a
Divisions of Coastal management Field Consultant.
6. This permit does not authorize any retaining wall or bulkheading.

Item 6 must be applied for through the Division of Coastal Management Field

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit
must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the orninrt is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifica#orfs r bfcoverecr
under this permit requires further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on
DECEMBER 31, 1996
