We have recently received the information submitted to
this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an
application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area
Management Act. The activity you propose is exempt from needing
a minor development permit as long as it meets the conditions
specified below. If your plans should change and your project
will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before
proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF.ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:
Construct a 60• by 4' dock on Alligator Creek off a
private drive off SR 1154 in Mill Creek.
No marsh disturbance except for the placement of pilings.
Cannot extend past the established pier length and/or
more than 1/3 the width of the water body.
Adjacent property owners must be notified.
Must stay 15 feet from adjacent property lines.
Cannot encroach upon any shellfish lease areas.
Building permit is required.
This office must be notified of any changes in the
project and upon completion.
