Locate a 16' by 32' swimming pool within 40 feet of a canal off the North River, in Beaufort, NC off Highway 70. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing as originally submitted.. Electrical permits are required and all other local,state and federal regulations must be met. Prior to.initiating any land disturbing activities, a barrier line of staked hay bale filter cloth, etc. and the adjacent marsh or water body until the area is stabilized with a vegetative cover. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activities requires a reevaluation and modification of this permit. Pursuant to 15 NCAC Subchapter 7J.0406(b),. this permit may not by assigned, sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of to a third party. This office must be notified upon completion of the project. Locate a 45' by 50' house 50 feet from Spooners Creek, construct a 6' by 40' dock and landscape within 75 feet of the mean high water mark at lot 18, Marquardt Dr., Spooners Creek. No more than 30% of the area of environmental concern may be covered .with an imperviot surface, in this case 2250 square feet. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing as orignally submitted.
