'Ihe activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: * Construct a 49.33' x 49.66' single family house located 45' from mean high water mark of Myrtle Bay off Bogue Sound in Cedar Point. *No_more than 30 percent of the Area of Environmental Concern (75' to the water) can be covered with an impervious surface material.. * Proper! sedimentation control devices, such as a siltation fence,.naturally vegetated buffer or staked hay bales, should be placed between the land disturbing activity and the water body. It must remain until the area is revegetated. * A building permit is required. * No marsh disturbance is allowed. * Any change in plans for development, construction or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. * All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing as originally submitted. This office must be notified upon completion of the project.
