We have received the information submitted to this office in your
inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act The activity you
propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it meets
the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project
will no longer meet those conditions$ please contact me before proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS:
Permit authorizes construction of a 8' x 20' solarium located diagonally
within 75_feet (see attached drawing) of Spooners Creek at Lot 1, Spooners
Creek East Harbor, Inc.
Prior to inititating any land disturbing activities,.a line of staked hay
bales, filter cloth or burlap must be -installed between the land disturbing
activity and adjacent water body.
Disturbed area must be stabilized within 30 days after completion of project:
Solarium must be attached to existing two story brick and framing dwelling.
This -solarium must not'be"located any closer than 10 feet to the side property
line.
This office must be notified of any changes in project plans and upon completion.
