Any violation of these terms may subject permitter to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. Fill a ditch, 4' by 601, within 75 feet of a pond located off Bogue Sound in Broad Creek. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat drawing as originally submitted or revised on All fill must. be -located ;landward of the 404 wetlands as staked by the Ariny Corps of -Engineers. Prior to initiating any land disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth, staked hay bales, or burlap must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover. The disturbed area must be stabilized within 30 days after completion of the work. Pursuant to 15 NCAC Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a -third party. Any change or changes in.the plans for development, construction or land use activiti will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. This office must be notified upon completion of the work. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit require further written permit approval. Since Mr. Pittman did not recieve proper notification according to the guidelines of the Coastal Area Management act, CAMA permit #045-88 i.s hereby declared null and void.
