Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. Construct a 2840 square foot house with a 576 square foot garage, within 75 feet of a boat basin and 65 feet of Bogue Sound at lot 15, Bay Harbour Village in Brandywine Bay. No more than 30% of the Area of Environmental Concern may be covered with an impervious surface.. All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance the permitted work plat drawing as originally submitted. Building permit is required as well as all other local state and federal regulations must be met. Prior to initiating any land disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter clo or staked hay bales must be placed between the land disturbing activity and the adjac marsh or water body. Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use activity requires a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. Pursuant to 15 NCAC Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned,sold transferred or otherwise disposed of to a third party. This office must be notified upon completion of the project.
