This is a statement of intention by Mr. C.A. Blackwell, (future
owner of Lot 6, Section 7, Deerfield Shores Subdivision, Beaufort,
North Carolina.
After completing an "offer to purchase and contract" with Mr.
C.R. Wheatly III on lot 6, Section 7, Deerfield Shores subdivison,
Mr. C.A. Blackwell intends to build an accepted plan of a home
within 75' of the (AEC) area of enviromental concern. The home will
be no closer than 40' to the high water mark.
Adjacent property owner are to be notified in accordance with
CAMA regulations.
