NC 28512 (919) 726-2121 r2MA 1 1088 -------------------- REFERENCE: CAMA Minor Application #07-88 - Harry & Marsha Hersh Dear David: Our office accepted the referenced application with the impression that the information was correct and in accordance with existing CAMA regulations. However, in reviewing the application, it is noted that the proposed open ramp cannot be approved by a Local Permit Officer. Please contact Charles Pickett, State CAMA Consultant, to see whether a General or Major Permit is required for the proposed ramp. In addition, the architectural elevation is misleading. It appears a proposed building is to be located in the marsh land. Please revise your drawing by showing which is the proposed addition and which is illustrated for Flood Elevation only. Also, the application referenced a 16' 6" x 16' 6" addition, although the drawing gave the dimension of 20' x 20'. Please come by our office at your earliest convenience.
